- 500g/1kg (1 lb) boneless chicken (breast or thighs), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 6–8 garlic cloves, finely chopped or minced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional, for color)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (prevents butter from burning)
- Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon juice (optional, for freshness)
🔥 Instructions:
- Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and paprika.
