🐔 Ingredients:
  1. 500g/1kg (1 lb) boneless chicken (breast or thighs), cut into bite-sized pieces
  2. 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  3. 6–8 garlic cloves, finely chopped or minced
  4. Salt and black pepper, to taste
  5. 1 teaspoon paprika (optional, for color)
  6. 1 tablespoon olive oil (prevents butter from burning)
  7. Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  8. Lemon juice (optional, for freshness)
🔥 Instructions:
  • Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Let it sit for 10–15 minutes (optional for better flavor).
  • Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken and sear for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  • Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, reduce heat to medium. Add the remaining 3 tablespoons of butter.
  • Once melted, add minced garlic. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
  • Return chicken to the pan, toss in the garlic butter to coat well.
  • Cook for another 2–3 minutes so the flavors absorb.
  • Squeeze a bit of lemon juice (optional), garnish with chopped parsley.
  • Serve hot with rice, mashed potatoes, pasta, or veggies.
