Lemon Butter Garlic Fish Tuna

Here's a simple and delicious Butter Garlic Tuna recipe you can try, using fresh or canned tuna. Add natural lemon juice to it and you all surprise.

🧄 Butter Garlic Tuna

Ingredients:

  • 2 tuna steaks (or 1 can of tuna in chunks, drained if using canned)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: lemon juice, parsley, chili flakes

Instructions:
  • Pat dry, season both sides with salt and pepper
  • Heat 1 tbsp olive oil + 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear tuna steaks for 1–2 minutes per side (for rare), or longer if you prefer well-done. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, lower the heat to medium.
  • Add remaining butter and garlic. Sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds–1 minute).
  • Optional: Add a splash of lemon juice or sprinkle of chili flakes.
  • Pour garlic butter over the tuna steaks.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley or a wedge of lemon.
