🧂 Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on or off)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4–5 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 tsp paprika (optional for a smoky flavor)
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional for heat)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 ears fresh corn, kernels cut off (or 1.5 cups frozen corn)
- Juice of ½ lemon or sprite (plus more for serving)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- Optional: 1 tbsp white wine or chicken broth (for added depth)
